About The School

The Midwest School of Astrology is a 3 level, intensive, program designed to teach students the art and science of Astrology. Upon graduation from this school, students will be prepared to take the prestigious ISAR (International Society of Astrological Research) exam or NCGR exam for certification as a board recognized Astrologer. This test should be administered at our school for your convenience.

Each Level consists of 10 courses. Level I meets on Monday evenings beginning in September 2011 and ending the first week of June 2011. Level II will be offered on Wednesday evening in academic year 2011/2012 and Level III will be offered on Tuesday evenings in academic year 2011/2012. Beginning in academic year 2011/2012 all classes will be running concurrently.

The total program is 500 course hours. This is broken down as follows:

Level I    
     - A total of 8 (4 week long) Courses
     - 2 Weekend intensive programs

Level II
     - A total of 8 (4 week long) Courses
     - 2 Weekend intensive programs

Level III
     - A total of 8 (4 week long) Courses
     - 2 Weekend intensive programs

Grading
All classes are based on a Pass/Fail system of grading. Pass means that each student has successfully completed all course requirements. Should a student need additional assistance to fulfill the requirements of a course, it is the responsibility of the student to seek additional help.　

Extra Credit
Any student is welcome to do additional course work for extra credit and/or publication in the forth coming newsletter. Upon completion of each Level these students will be recognized and honored with a special certificate.
